To insert a two column table paste the table at its desired location. The issue is that at the bottom of the pages the document is continuing on the second column automatically. 2) click more columns in columns to choose spaces, width, etc. So, if the table is too wide (the raison d'etre why spanning across two columns is desired), it will appear a bit distorted.

I Am Designing A Resume, Using The Swiss Design Resume Template.
In the sample image, there is a column break after paragraph 2 (before image) and a section break (continuous) after paragraph 4 (before image). I am using word for mac, v.
