Removed the center outlet, cut the box for 4x4 so i could reach in, drilled hole in floor under counter to bring up new, then hole under backsplash ant it and up thru the new hole to new box. Using 1&1/2 inch thick, 2 inch nominal, lumber to cut the holes out of will leave a 1/2 inch of extension box below the bottom of the wood block. Insert two toggle bolts through the 1/2 holes using fender washers under the head of the toggle and tighten down the template.
On my printer it prints at 3 7/8 inches. I cap the wire, maybe removed it from the first box and use the wire that fed the 3 rd, only opened it for gfci. Doesn’t look to me as if that panel is supplied with 200 amp conductors. The electrical box is to provide protection for the wires, not to act as a stencil. Cut a hole in the drywall below the panel large enough to put a box connector and reducing washer on the cable, insert the cable into the ko and secure with another reducing washer and lock nut. Sometimes a crimp sleeve or two. Cut the box out while not getting over a 1/8 in or so from the outer sides of the ceiling box. (at 100%) i don't know whether it is not to scale, or whether they are counting on saw kerf to make it 4 inches.

If you cut the whole correctly it can be covered with a blank cover. Got some 1/4' coper tubing?? Use your sabre saw to cut out the box outline. Make the cuts to where the dw board will eventually slide up and over the box, and then it will bottom out against the ceiling joists (or existing structure).
